Services may also include teaching, coaching, consulting, instrument maintenance, and use of musical instruments and audio equipment in connection with services provided.

Conditions of Use

Clients acknowledge that they are hiring Jared Burke Media based on its portfolio and agree that final creative decisions, including shooting style, composition, and editing, are at the sole discretion of the photographer.

While client input is welcomed, final delivered images are selected and edited based on the photographer’s professional standards and creative direction.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

A session is not considered booked until a non-refundable retainer has been received and the booking is confirmed by Jared Burke Media. The retainer reserves the scheduled date and time exclusively for the client and is applied toward the total cost of the session unless otherwise stated.

The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment in full may result in delayed delivery of images or cancellation of services.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, reasonable notice is required. Retainers are non-refundable due to the reservation of time and potential loss of booking opportunities. One reschedule may be permitted at the photographer’s discretion if requested with sufficient notice.

In cases of emergency, illness, or severe weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Communications

By contacting the business through this website, email, social media, or booking forms, you consent to receive communications regarding inquiries, services, scheduling, and project-related updates. Your contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide requested services.

Applicable Law

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jared Burke Media shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, theft, equipment failure, power outages, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, services may be rescheduled at the earliest reasonable availability, and neither party shall be held liable for cancellation or delay resulting from such circumstances.
