Refund Policy

All digital and physical product sales are final and non-refundable.

A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve photography or media services. Retainers are non-refundable due to the reservation of time and scheduling availability.

Sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion in the event of illness, weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

Jared Burke Media retains creative control over the session, editing process, image selection, and final delivered gallery.

By booking a session or purchasing services, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these policies.
